Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Restrictions

• Each User may register only one Account with gsc11. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false identities are strictly prohibited.
• You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Your Account is personal to you and non-transferable.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility.
• You must notify gsc11 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
• gsc11 reserves the right to refuse account registration or suspend existing accounts at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

gsc11 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI), and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for promotional offers. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 5-15 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000 for standard accounts and Rp 200,000,000 for VIP-tier accounts.
• Your first withdrawal requires successful completion of KYC verification, including submission of valid government-issued photo identification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next business day.
• The first three withdrawals per day are free. Subsequent withdrawals incur an administrative fee of Rp 5,000 per transaction.
• Any active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements must be cleared before withdrawal of the associated balance.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

gsc11 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Suspicious transactions or patterns may result in account suspension pending investigation. You agree not to use gsc11 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities when required by law.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

gsc11 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms") which will be clearly displayed on the relevant promotional page or communicated via email. By claiming or accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable Bonus Terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 35 times (35x) the bonus amount, though specific promotions may have different requirements as stated in their Bonus Terms. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 35x wagering requires Rp 3,500,000 in total wagers before winnings become withdrawable. 4.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

gsc11 reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, collusion with other players, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or any other activity deemed to violate the spirit of fair play. Bonus abuse may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Responsible Gaming

5.1 Self-Limitation Tools

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless gsc11, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (b) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; (c) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account; or (d) any content or information you submit through the Service.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gambling industry standards and best practices. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and gsc11. Upon account termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Any outstanding balance in your Account will be returned to you minus any applicable fees, provided there are no pending investigations, disputes, or suspected violations. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations may be forfeited. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support.

12. Amendments to Terms
